| Comment: Just wanted to tell everyone what a great little cafe this is. We recently visited our son who is a student at Salford University. On the Sunday we decided to take a drive to the Peak District and called to have a drink when we spotted 'Stocks Cafe'. What a treat! The food was wonderful and ranged from our family deciding to have breakfast which included vegetarian to other people having fish and chips and sunday roasts amongst a huge choice of other food. The service was efficient and extremely friendly. I'm even going to mention the ladies and gents toilets because they were so clean. And one more point: the cafe was constantly full, which proves how popular it is. When we visit our son in Manchester again we will be making a purpose visit to Stocks Cafe and Bistro. | |||

| Comment: I'd heard good things about Stocks and decided to break up my journey after visiting relatives. I tucked into a lovely home cooked Sunday roast, followed by Apple pie – delicious. Stocks is a quaint traditional cafe in a charming setting, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. I will definitely be calling in again next time I am up north. If you are in the area make sure you call in at Stocks, highly recommended. Well done everyone at Stocks. | |||
